Shipping Policy

  • Cancellations will incur a 10% deduction as transactional fees.

  • Contact us at thepurplestarshop@gmail.com or Whatsapp @7007819535 for cancellations, and expect a response within 24 working hours.

  • If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please decline the delivery upon arrival. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status to "RTO (Return to Origin) initiated," we'll proceed with the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • The orders will be delivered in 4-7 days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Replacements for Damages:

MAKE SURE TO MAKE AN UNPACKING VIDEO AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER TO AVAIL THIS POLICY.

  • To address damages for The Purple Star products, contact thepurplestarshop@gmail.com or Whatsapp @7007819535 within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos and videos of the damaged items, along with the shipping label and invoice slip.

  • We will arrange either a replacement or a refund for genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defects, in case if pickup is available in the city, the customer need to arrange the return by themselves.

  • Eligible conditions for replacements include damage to packaging, tampered or opened seals, and broken containers.

Replacements for Order Mismatch/Missing Items:

  • Notify thepurplestarshop@gmail.com or Whatsapp @7007819535 within 48 hours of delivery if you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, providing photos and videos of the package contents, the shipping label, and the invoice slip.

  • We'll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund for orders with such discrepancies.

Returns:

  • thepurplestarshop@gmail.com not accept return requests for items delivered without damages or defects, in adherence to our food safety and sanitary protocols.

Unpacking Video Requirement

We only accept returns if an unpacking video is provided. This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery and address any issues accurately.

How to Make an Unpacking Video

  1. Start Recording Before Opening the Package:

    • Show the package in its sealed condition with the shipping label clearly visible.

  2. Record the Entire Unpacking Process:

    • Ensure the video is continuous without any cuts or edits.

    • Show the contents inside the package and highlight any damage, defects, or discrepancies.

  3. Focus on the Issue:

    • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, make sure to clearly capture it in the video.

Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • A clear and uninterrupted unpacking video showing the issue is submitted.

  • The return request is initiated within 10 days of receiving the order.

Steps to Request a Return

  2. Attach your unpacking video and include:

    • Your order number.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 10-15 days.

Important Notes

  • No Video, No Return: Return requests without an unpacking video will not be processed.

  • The video must clearly display the problem. Blurry or unclear videos may lead to rejection of the request.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (where applicable).
